The baseline rate or on & off site services is $75 and up. These rates are based on the type of Supervised Visitation Assignment, number of children, and distance traveled b the Professional Provider. The holiday rate for Supervised Visitations is double the standard rate. An initial intake service is required in order to process all documents to the courts. This required of both parents and is a $75 fee each.

The rate for exchange services begin at $35-$45 per exchange dependent on location, nature of the case, and the cooperation of both parties.

The transportation rate begins at $35 each way within ten (10) miles. If the locations are further than ten (10) miles each way, the rate is $45 each way for up to thirty (30) miles.

The fee for supervised visitation cancellations made by or less than 24 hours prior to the visit incurs a $75 cancellation fee.

If there is a “No Show” by either Non-Custodial Parent (“NCP”) or Custodial Parent (“CP”), there is a fee of 100% of the scheduled visit to be paid before scheduling he next visit. Exceptions are allowed with documentation from a physician stating illness/ injury or emergency.

Basic Visitation Report ($50): Includes a basic overview and summary of the visits key points.

Detailed Visitation Report ($75): Includes a comprehensive account of the visit with detailed time statps for different events or interactions during the visit.

The fee for CP/Designee and/or NCP for being more than five (5) minutes late at the beginning or ending of a scheduled Supervised Visitation is $25 and $2 per additional minute.

The fee for a Letter of Termination Services is $50.

The fee for a list of visitation dates is $75.

The fee for a Professional Monitor’s Court Appearance via court-issued subpoena in person and/or virtual is $500.

For telephone conferences scheduled with either party’s attorney or court mediator, the client represented will be billed at the hourly rate of $50/hour.
